What is it?

Let me introduce myself……

My name is Dec Cluskey I founded the legendary Sixties band The Bachelors at the dawn of the last century [grin!]

Being in the music business all my career I have always had to stay trim and, be extremely careful with my weight.

Dec is a founder member of The Bachelors

I found this ‘lose weight the easy way’ method years ago and used it every time I needed to trim 14 lbs off. Recently I needed to lose some … I was 13st 7lb … too much for me and looked a bit awful on stage. So I am now 12st. exactly.

This system is based on the method used by a lot of military folk, particularly the Canadian Air Force, where they are weighed each year and have to be exactly the same weight as last year … or else?

I have used this system an awful lot.

I used to draw a simple graph with my start weight on one end and the wanted finish weight at the other end … then I drew in the number of weeks to lose the weight [at 1 lb per week ... the medically recommended way].  I connected up the lines.

The Original Graph I drew

I weighed myself each day and put the dot on the graph for the weight shown on the scales … if the dot was on the line or below I just ate the same  … if the dot was above the line i cut out one thing … maybe a biscuit or a slice of toast … amazingly this all worked and I lost the weight.

Okay, so one day I would go crazy and next day, after weighing and filling in the graph I would eat healthy stuff!

It doesn’t matter how YOU do it .. just aim to be on the line or below it.

Does this all sound complicated?????????????

I asked a computer programmer whizz kid friend [a member of my 'Serious Writers Guild'] to design a simple, fun, computer version of my graph … he did!

The results were astonishing to me … and now I am sharing this secret, simple and cheap way of definitely losing weight … 14lbs at a time.  and it’s like a computer game .. great fun … with goals in sight.
